It’s a great piece of kit, although the kit lens is a little slow. To make up for this, there’s a ‘film mode’ called B&W Dynamic, which lets you create film-like high-contrast black and white by pushing the ISO all the way up: perfect for low light and slow lens.

The photos below are pretty much straight from camera – all I did was sharpen them after resizing in CS3.
